Privacy
What we collect. If you email us at hello@smallbusinessaitransition.co.uk, book a call or pay for an audit, we use your name, email address, business details and message only to reply to you and to deliver the service you ask for. This website itself has no forms or accounts.
Bookings and payments. Calls are booked through Calendly, which receives the details you enter when booking. Payments are taken by Stripe, which processes your card details on our behalf; we never see or store your full card number. Each has its own privacy policy: Calendly and Stripe.
No cookies or tracking. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running.
Sharing. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. We share it only where needed to provide the service (for example, our email provider, Calendly for bookings and Stripe for payments) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with them, and records of paid work for as long as tax law requires.
Who handles it. This website is operated by Dhesi Investment Holdings Ltd. Enquiries and client work are handled by Small Business AI Transition.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@smallbusinessaitransition.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
